The Crustacea Room is our most popular private dining room, located on the first floor of our listed building and looking out onto Swallow Street.
The room features artwork from Richard Corrigan's personal collection, including a painting by John Wonnacott of director Steven Evans with a bowl of Bentley’s Crab and Mussel soup in the Crustacea Room. Elsewhere find warm colours, thick carpet and William Morris style curtains to complete this homely space.
The Crustacea Room benefits from natural daylight and seats up to 15 guests for lunch or dinner. Offering a private dining a la carte menu, it is perfect for corporate hosting, family celebrations or simply to toast an occasion in style. Optional AV equipment can be made available.
We do not charge room hire, just a minimum food and drink spend.
For menus and to enquire about the minimum spend you can make an enquiry with our team or book directly below. Online bookings can be made for 6 - 15 guests. If no availability shows online, do still get in touch.
We offer a variety of outstanding menus comprising the best of Bentley's freshest seafood and meats, accompanied by the best of the season's harvest.
Our expert in-house sommeliers are on hand to perfectly pair wines to elevate your dining experience and menus, and our dedicated bar team are on hand to mix any cocktail - whether on or off our menu. Canapés and event add-ons, including our famous oyster offering, caviar and seafood platters, are available to add that extra unique element to impress your guests.
